Dr. Edward Klinger, Founder & CEO
Edward is an engineer with 35 years experience in creating, building and running global technology companies. He is founder and CEO of CNIguard which manufactures ruggedized sensoring systems for critical infrastructure including water, electricity, transport, oil & gas, and defense sectors. Previously he was with PwC, Perot Systems, and Pratt & Whitney, and an Adjunct Professor at McGill University. Edward holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill and an MBA from Wharton.

Stephen Rose, CFO
30 years qualified accountant with industry based board level experience in the UK, Europe and China. Stephen is a commercially focused accountant having been group financial director for Eaglemoss Publications, an international publishing group for over 20 years. Other roles include management accountant for Porcelanosa and a consultancy role for fashion group, Jumper Retail.

Rich Patton, VP North America
Rich is a 30-year technology industry veteran who began his career at AT&T Bell Labs. Most recently, he was President of Pinnacle Wireless where he was responsible all staff members in Sales, Operations, Engineering, System Integration, and Field Performance. Prior to Pinnacle, he held key senior management positions at Juma Technology, Government Telecommunications, Millivision Technologies, East Wind Partners, Elglobe and AT&T, including posts in Operations, New Product Development, Business Development, Product Management and Strategic Planning. He has a MS in Computer Science and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickenson University.

Ian Courtney, CTO
Ian is an electronics engineer & technical manager with over 35 years experience across a range of industries including military & commercial. He has managed Ministry of Defence, aircraft and telecoms projects for global companies, including Ericsson, Ultra and Racal. Ian has significant experience specifying & deploying electronic security & monitoring systems, having been with CNIguard from its inception.

Stephen Jeffreys, Head of Software Engineering
Stephen is a systems designer and software engineer who has worked for 30 years on the development and delivery of communications and control systems in Government (GCHQ) and commercial sectors. With wide-ranging experience of embedded processing platforms and radio technology implementations, he has considerable expertise in fault-finding and problem-solving in the development of complex applications. Stephen has a Physics BSc (hons) degree from University College London.

Mario A. Sanchez, Director of Operations
Mario has 27 years of operations and project management experience gained working in the communication and technology sectors. He achieved a progression of technical, management, and project management leadership positions working for AT&T, IBM and Verizon, which has given him the high level of proven skillsets demonstrated by the successful execution and completion of diverse technical projects involving system development, testing, integration, migration and maintenance.

Jay Avanessian, Systems Engineer
Jay is a telecom engineer with more than 20 years of experience working in several capacities in all stages of RF design, deployment, pre and post-launch network performance optimization, support and maintenance of top Wireless telecom Network operators such as Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint. Previously, he was with IBM, Teleworx Consulting, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent and Brooks Consulting. Jay holds a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Toronto.

Chairman of the Killowen Group that advises leaders of business and governments. He also serves on other public and private boards, is Senior Advisor at the Atlantic Council and Business Executives for National Security and sits on the advisory group for Supreme Allied Commander Europe.

Kristopher Haag
International executive with 20 years of experience managing and financing large scale defense, telecom and energy infrastructure programs.  Former Pentagon senior official and Nortel technology and economic/business development in emerging markets, non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council.
